Minutes of the Meeting of the VMC held on August 30 2011

1. Minutes of the Meeting of the VMC held on February 21 2011 were read and confirmed.
2. The 100% pass out result of class X CBSE Examination 2011 was taken on record with the hope that Vidyalaya will secure a higher PI in 2012 Examination.
3. The budget of the Vidyalaya already sent to KVS RO Patna was taken on record.
4. Purchase of Computers, subject to availability of funds, was approved on DGSD rates.
5. The letter of AC, KVS Patna Region regarding waiver of rent of Narmada Primary school building was considered. As DLW is also maintaining the building waiver of rent may not be possible.
6. The Principal should initiate efforts to hold the meeting with the Chairman , Nominee Chairman and Officers of the Departments concerned to follow up the following matters:
1. Installation of 20 fans in Classrooms as the number of fans in classroom is insufficient.
2. Construction of Guard Shade at Shipra School Building.
3. Construction of Cycle Stand at Shipra School Building.
4. Construction of Toilets in Narmada Primary School Building.
5. Raising of Boundary Wall of Narmada Primary School Building.
6. To overcome problem of water logging in the Shipra School Building caused by rains.
7. Construction of 6 additional rooms to run Senior Secondary Classes
7. The meeting ended with vote of thanks to the Chair and members present in the meeting by the Principal.
